    the little popups wont go away

    the popups at the bottom right of my windows wont go away, the task manager of windows defender keeps saying i havnt updated, but there isnt any available, and when im connected to wi fi or plugged a usb the little pop up saying your now connected and new hardware detected wont go away until i click it. how do i fix this?

    You can disable those bubbles entirely if you want. I found the solution for someone else asking for this a while back, do a search in teh software forum for bubbles and see if you can find it.

    all you have to do to disable the stupid popups to update is to go to the Security Center in your control panel and on the left click on the "link" that says "Change the way Security Center alerts me." Then just uncheck whatever you don't want.

    Also go into your System Properties and go into Windows Update and just uncheck auto updates, or just set it to notify you, but not to download automatically.
