This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I have an Alienware with SoundBlaster recon 3Di. I upgraded to windows 10 the other day and after doing so the only that I could hear sound was by headphones I could not find anything on creative labs site about the sound blaster and windows upgrade. I ended up reverting back to windows 8.1 anyone might know what the problem was/is
