    Hi.

I am trying to find drivers for my VAIO VPCz138 for XP64bit version.

Does anyone know where to get them, or at least tell me the details of the installed hardware, so I can search fro the appropriate drivers?

I doubt you'll find any. There were very, very few drivers created for XP64, and if they exist they were shipped on the disc. XP64 is a complete dead-end.

    Don't exist is the answer.

XP 64Bit was never meant as an "end-user OS" - besides, at that time 64Bit only existed in servers.
-> look at Sony's track record for Vista on the SZ and you'll find that they are very little help.

You might find some generic drivers from the hardware manufacturer - but that's the most you'll get.
