    If I'm not mistaken, the two are totally different things. RM Clock is designed to change the CPU clock speed, while Coolbits will enable you to change the clock and memory speeds on your GPU.

    I personally used Coolbits to unlock the clock modifier but I guess it's a matter of personal preference because both do the same thing.
