This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     realtek 2.17 screws up wifi

    tested on 2 notebook and one desktop i had to roll back to 2.16 because 2.17 caused me to loose almost all internet access. so skip 2.17 if you have not already used it.

    if you used it with no issues please report back what wifi card and what laptop im fowarding it to realtek as they asked me to in their email. they are trying to figure out what caused the issue. all i did was uninstall realtek 2.17 and wifi worked fine after that. the was on a ocz notebook and custom desktop. thank you
