In general, always recover your data first! Anything else that you do will likely cause the loss of data to become permanent, and why take a chance of that happeniing?

I think there is software that allows you to recover data even from bad partitions (ie. R2K). I did it from a wasted disk (I couldn't access the drive, although I'm not fully sure that the partition was down). For now, try not to use the HD.

    i solved the problem ,
i formated the c:/ and installed windows , then installed paragon partition manager again,
when i opened the program it said that there was an unfinished operation do u want to continue it , i said yes , waited 2 hours and OMG i am done and my data is all back but i lost c:/ so i reformated it and installed windows again.
i just wanted to say that paragon is really really a good program in partitioning , it saved my files :)
