okay so i just got vista 64bit and i'm undervolting right now with RMclock... but my problem is that when i right click on my battery icon in the system tray and select "Power Options", and select "change plan settings" under RMclock power management, then "change advanced power settings", then click the "power buttons and lid" tree and under "lid close action"..... its always hibernate... i changed it once when i was setting up my computer but i always change it to "do nothing" but half an hour later when i close my lid, it will hibernate itself... and sometimes when i go back to advanced power settings, it will have gone back to hibernate, sometimes it will say "do nothing"

sorry if my post was confusing

Im guessing you didnt change the settings in RMclock itself.

Profiles > OS settings > bla bla bla > Apply

If that doesnt work do the following:

    1) Close RMclock
    2) Choose 'high performance' power profile in vista
    3) Change the 'lid close action' setting > Apply
    4) Try now
