Hello,i have some pictures from my razor phone that i transfered to my laptop and they are very small they are 160x120p is their any free software to resize and make images bigger without to much distortion, thanks for any help.

Um, not really unless you're good with something like photoshop. There really isn't any program that can automagically resize pictures without any distortion. There will always be distortion. In your case, there will be a lot just due to the size of the source image.
Oh, there is no Windows 7 HP 64 bit OS. There is however a Windows 7 64 bit OS.
HP has only rebranded the OS with their logo and in my opinion, bloat. -
What size do you want it to be?
Try Reshade. You can enlarge it then apply denoising and smoothening it out. It works quite well for most sizes but im not sure for an image as small as yours.

He has an Acer, according to his sig.. lol
Anyway, coming to the point: Yes, as other' have mentioned, the size of the source image is too small to avoid any distortion!
And btw, +1 for reshade. -
Whoops. Totally forgot about Home Premium. I've just been reading up on some bad things about HP lately, that the first thing I saw was just that; HP.

The issue is that the Razor's camera isn't any good to begin with - the images it captures are relatively low-quality and low-resolution, so there's not too much you can do to them to make them higher resolution and sharper.

I was amazed at how well this app works. The UI is a bit "quirky" and not terribly intuitive. And as others have said with small images like you have don't expect miracles.

Arg I know the best image resize algorithm program but forget the name.
It uses a really intensive process much more complicate than any other the other standard ones, its totally pointless its so advanced but if you had to get the best results possible this is what you use.
If I find it later I'll post back.
For now here is a comparison of some methods: http://www.americaswonderlands.com/digital_photo_interpolation.htm
Genuine Fractals is pretty good compared to basic methods used by most software.
With your image source size though I do not think you can really do much with it no matter what since its just so small.
