    my laptop is on sleep mode

    OK.I turned off my laptop I don't think it fully shut down before I put it in my bag and now I turn it on and it won't start the screen is off. But u can see the back light and the light around the mouse. The light in the cap key is brinking. Is like is on sleep mode but I can't wake it up. I restarted it several times but still the same .please guys I need help urgently. Thanks.
    Am using Windows 8 HP dv6 6090us.

    You could first try a power down. That is press and hold the power button for 20 seconds or so and this should cause a full power down..............
