I was looking for a site with a certain cd for sale and came across mp3.com. Accidently clicked preview and then i canceled the download from starting. Is it legal? By the way, anyone know where i can buy imaginarium: songs from the neverhood?

Yeah, it's legal because it's just a 40 second preview or something. Like last.fm.
