i installed the latest drivers for synaptics touchpad , the performance is better but the problem is still there.
if i click a keyboard button it the mouse will freeze but for less time and if i hold the keyboard button i can move the mouse for about 2 seconds then it freezes untill i release the button

Is this an external mouse or are you talking about the touchpad?
You might play with the touchpad options like "palm check" etc.

At the moment, this looks rather like a feature.

It is called "tap off while typing" the new driver you installed may have it on but with a lower delay so thats where the reduced time come from ... if you ask me it is a useful function ... but if you don't need it disable it

Not familiar with the driver/touchpad in question, I can only offer my ALPS as an example:

"tap off while touching" only affects tapping while the keyboard is in use. Mouse movement is unaffected. I did this by holding a key down and moving another finger across the touchpad. The mouse moved fine. While continuing the holding down of the key, I attempted to double-tap into any text box. No cursor appeared. Once I release the key and double-tapped again, the cursor appeared.
