This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    This is the after-the-fact WMP 12 installer for win7 K and KN.

    kb968211 has been updated for SP1, but I've only found the 64 bit distro.

    (Windows6.1-KB968211-x64-RefreshPkg.msu, approx 302 Mb)

    Has anyone found the 32 bit distro of the kb968211 refresh??

    This is for the special EU version of Win 7. Because of the anti trust stuff MS released a version without Media Player. With this update yo get the functionality back.

    Anyway.... there is not 32bit version right now.
