    i just finished norton ghosting my harddrive on my laptop and when i put the dvd into my desktop nothing happens. i explore it and its a .v2i file. i restart my comp with it in the dvd drive and still nothing happens. did something go wrong? or maybe i have to use norton ghost to restore it. i jsut thought it was a bootable

    You need to boot with Norton Ghost (yes, it's bootable) in the CD drive, then select the image from the DVD later on.
