Hey guys, I have AIM 6.0.2.81 and it keeps having these annoying pop-ups telling me to update, and every time I close them they keep popping back up. Is there a way to get rid of these things? Stupid AOL and their intrusive software.

The only way to stop them is to delete them. AOL is horrible software. In the UK their service is good but don't use their software. When i was using their AOL 9.0 or whatever it was, when it needed to update it didn't update the program it had to download a completely new version. Madness.

I think Pidgin is a good alternative too.
