    i've just started using firefox and i've noticed that the scroll bars on the touchpad on my hp dv1000 does not work with firefox. when i use the scroll bars, the pointer changes images, but the image does not scroll.

    wow! fast reply! i just checked synaptics website. there are two drivers for my windows XP home, one is for windows xp 64-bit edition v8.0.9, and one is for windows 2000/xp v.8.1.2. which one do i install please?

    i just installed the driver version 7.12.7 found in HP website, but still no luck..
