This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     help finding the name of a vista freeware program

    I stummbled across a program the other day that looked really interesting but I cannot find it again and I knew I should have saved it. It was freeware and the name was a short word. I has not been released yet. I didnt get a chance to learn exactly what its about but basically it was supposed to improve on the window's usability with the capability to quickly open a document or file without actually opening the program.

    Hopefully someone can find it...i realize this isnt much to go on.
