Guess you'll need a Windows 2008 R2 server with Service Pack 1 for RemoteFx and a Windows 7 machine with SP1 also.

3D didn't work remotely because of bandwidth at first so it just wasn't implemented. Now with RemoteFX the server renders the info locally and sends it down the pipe so in that case it might be possible to game remotely.

With that said i don't think VNC or TeamViewer or any of those other ones are capable of such things also.

I'm not so good with windows server editions, but I guess i can do everything on them, the same as on win 7, I mean : use photoshop, play games, use office, the whole shabang ???

Don't think the level of speed you're looking for exists right now. Connecting to another computer via remote desktop, even on gigabit ethernet is much slower than using it directly.
