This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     funny chrome..

    hey guys..

    last nite i was installing chrome beta ( http://www.google.com/intl/en/landing/chrome/beta/ ) n some funny things happened. first it kept sending some error.. ( somethin to do with shut down running chrome) n once followed instructions..it ask me delete a chrome folder from program files..(gave me a link to run n i found the chrome folder) once deleted..it installed very quick ..but to my horror.. everything that i had stored / kept /customizations ..everything went missing..

    all i could figure out that the new installer overwritten everything. so went back to recycle bin..n restore old folder .. now working fine n back again..with same old ishtyle.. :confused:

    any idea why it wouldnt take further my old settings..??
