Everytime I start my computer It starts up with 1 19 inch lcd as my main and my laptop as my 2nd screen so everytime I have to disable the laptop screen to enable my other 19 inch lcd. How can i get vista to remember this so i dont have to do it everytime?

and is there a shortcut key for the windows 3-D switcher?

If the window 3D switcher you're referring to is Aero Flip, it's windows key + tab. Much like alt+tab where you hold down the windows key first.

Also, if you don't want to hold down the win-key you can press
    ctrl-win-tab

then just use either the arrows/enter or mouse wheel / click, no need to hold down anything.
