ok well i installed my blackberry user tools (black berry desktop software) for my curve, i installed it on my external hdd, its not unistalling off their only supposivly removed the files of my laptop computer (i dont feel like unistallers remove the program fully, so if any one can help me/tell me if it does please do, or how to uninstall it fully.) im woundering if i should delete the files off my external hdd. thanks if you can help me.

if this is a problem, should i also uninstall itunes and just install both on my internal hdd?

Good uninstallers do cleanly remove programs.

Perhaps just delete the files and fix up your registry later if you want.

k i deleted it, do you suggest i unistall itunes, then install on internal hdd? so it can run smoothly and will not screw itself up? (the blackberry manager did, and could not find the external hdd when i tried to "repair/modify"

Just curious, which BlackBerry manager are you talkin about? (version) it runs fine for me...

Anyway - maybe you thought it went bad as it effectively "freezes" during the installation while windows creates a restore point.

Also - I'm not quite sure what exactly your problem is..
Also, which OS do you use?
