Hey Jason, what have you done lately on the computer...have you installed any program(s) recently?

When does the error actually occur...what are you doing when the error is triggered?

At a first glance looking at the the data you posted above, I thought this might be virus related. Do you have a good anti-virus program on the computer that you can use to update--> Scan for viruses?

Doing a quick google search focuses on recently installed programs...see these links...post #6 for ex. in first link. Click | Click

Have you actually checked Event Viewer for more clues?

Have you tried a System Restore to a previous date/time?

I have discovered the solution! :D

    1. Open a Command Prompt as Administrator
    2. Type reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions /va /f and press enter.
    3. That’s it, no further action is necessary

(Thanks to PNB / Sager 24/7 support for this. :D)

I suggest you try running the updates posted in this thread >>> http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=437267

They might solver your problem, these are official but unreleased updates from Microsoft as they are waiting to include them in the future service pack
