    Hi everyone,

I recently bought a Dell Vostro 1500 that came with a rather large program called Roxio. I didn't have need for most of the functions it supposedly performs, so I deleted it. Now, my laptop won't let me run watch DVDs, even in Windows Media Player. Imagine that. Can someone recommend a free download that will enable me to do this?

If you download and install the K-Lite codec pack (google it), it will allow you to play DVDs again

CCCP codec pack works better IMO

it'll come with Media Player Lite which should be great for watching DVD's or any other media. it's sort of a lite version of WMP
