    defrag or norton 360 tune up,optimize

    i don't want to damage my hard drive so do i do both or just 1.thx 4 any help.

    Windows Defrag hands down because it does a good job and uses very little resources. If you run Defrag from the command prompt you can perform a full defrag by typing defrag c: -w -v

    I use Windows Defrag all the time.
