all of a sudden when I try to get my task manager up it says "Task Manager has been disabled by Administrator". Problem with that is I'm the admin and only user on this comp. I have already ran full AV scans with Eset, and malware scans with Superantispyware & Malwarebytes.
Any idea how to fix this?

    Currently using windows xp sp3

    Google?
    Try this:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555480

If you don't understad it - ask for help.

Else: This isn't really a security question is it? I'd say its more OS - I'll ask a mod move it.

I would still be concerned about a virus. You may have fixed the issue, but the question remains HOW did it happen in the first place. Something changed the settings, and you REALLY should find out what.
