on my computer, when i tried to open up iTunes it says the music folder is corrupt and that it is unreadable and unaccesible. a window pops suggesting i run the 'Chkdsk' utility. so i go to Run, type in Chkdsk, and a window that looks like the command prompt pops up for like half a second then closes.
    What do i do??

You have to do tht in a good format.Type cmd in the run box
Then a black screen will pop up.Depending on where your music file is I mean the drive, type in
    chkdsk drive:
If the music is in c:,then type chkdsk c:.

    Hope this helps.
