    computer mouse troubleshooting tool?

    I think one of the buttons on my reasonably new mouse is dead. Is there any software out there to test it? I don't want to end up with a bill from the electronics store where I bought it, because some tech didn't find any issues with it.

    Try using a different device on this USB port to see whether it is the port or the mouse.
