The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    chrome acts funny..

    this is the second time its happening to me since i installed chrome n been using it ever since..
    i opened my laptop.. click start the chrome..it start loading the tabs (which were last open) n all my passwords/ usernames were gone.. like facebook, gmail, even notebookreview.. all these pages were set to open with my username passwords as default.. today they opened with the welcome n log in page..

    any idea why it happens..??

    oh..and all the thumbnails view of my most visited pages are also gone :)

    Check your "clear browsing data" in options. You probably have it to delete cookies after you close Chrome.
