    can't install program

    I can't seem to uninstall Transcode 360 from my computer. It's not working as it should, and I when tried to re-install it, it keeps telling me that "Please stop Transcode 360 before attempting to uninstall it". I couldn't find its processes in the task manager, and I got the same result in safe mode.

    Probably because it's got one or more processes running on a system worker thread, which means the process will be identified only as a system process and not as a Transcode 360 process.
