By buying a copy of windows 8 and installing it by disc ?

Also if I decided to use this copy of windows 8 on another pc at a later time could I revert back to tge vista 32 bit and use the windows 8 on the other pc ?

Yes you can use the key on another computer after installing a diff. OS on the original computer where it was installed, the only thing is you would need to call Microsoft to activate it instead of activate online

You can if you can find the drivers, I wouldn't do that even if you paid me though. Hate everything about Windows 8

Biggest issue is it that it is not a direct upgrade, you will loose everything in the system going to 64 bit from 32 and then visa-versa going back to 32 bit.

You'll actually be performing a full clean install of W8. Upgrade process can't take you from a 32-bit OS into a 64-bit OS.

Presuming that you still have the installation media for Vista 32, yes.
