    Mint is an alright option or you could just use Excel.

    +1 to Excel.

    Plus you can market your 1337 excel skill. I upload an interactive Excel spreadsheet onto the internal Sharepoint and all the sudden I get flooded with emails from Accounting and Marketing.

    Which I don't mind. They have a better looking staff. . .

    Yea, and if you can't afford excel, you could use something like google-doc's or open office.
