The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    autoscrolling in firefox

    hey everyone,
    i'm using a v2310us from compaq, and for some reason, i'm not able to autoscroll in firefox. i can do in IE.
    does anyone know what the problem might be?

    Do you mean with your touchpad? If so I had the same problem, install and older version of synaptics software and you should be ok. You can find it on the compaq website under your model number.

    yea..u just got to download the drivers and u should be fine...there are other posts about this as well..just search for them and u will find out how to fix it easily
