    admin user-block programs from starting

    im the admin user on my laptop,but from time to time i let people use my laptop to surf the web.is there any program out there that will let me block certain programs from being used.

    i know you can block programs if i were to make another non admin account but i dont wont to do that.ive tried to hide the programs but there are ways around that lol.

    ive got vista 32 prem and i dont see anything..yet.

    Just create a non admin account and be done with it.
