hi I need help. I am running opera on my dell laptop 1525, i've installed comodo firewall, avast and blocked a few start up programs to aid in speedy boot up times. Now my problem is this, I want to install mozilla firefox just because some websites are either not compatible with Opera, (They ask for either IE or netscape) but on my desktop I can visit those websites with no problem in firefox.

When I tried to download mozilla, open office and spybot S&D 1.5 I get an access denied prompt. I try to run them as administrator and I still get the same message. What is happening and how can I remedy this situation please?
