You can definitely install XP on it. Many people have done it.

There really isn't any hardware limitation on what OS you can install. I mean look at Macs, you can install Windows on those too.

But you might wanna get a separate SD card in there for more space. XP is gonna take most of that 4gb ssd.

I do not have one, but I hear it is possible. If you do a full install (if you are lucky enough to have the cd's" then uninstall useless features and slim down the running services/proc it should def work.

    Oh it's possible.

    ;)

If you have a USB flash drive, head over to eeeuser.com. They have several guides on how to install XP without an external CD/DVD drive. :)

I have mine running Windows XP Pro nlited. You can get the instructions on how to do that at eeeuser.com.
I also have a 4GB A-Data Class6 SDHC card which is pretty fast.
Do look for eeeclock to be able to set the speed of you FSB as the stock is only 70Mhz which makes the processor run at 630Mhz. So far I have no problem running it at the rated 900Mhz.
Also, look for Lazertags video driver. I have mine running at a scaled resolution of 800 x 600 and 1024 x 768.
