Is there any way to make Cisco VPN Client run on 64-bit?

Nope, Cisco insists that you upgrade firmware on your device and run the AnyConnect VPN Client. They have no plans to write a client for 64 bit vista either. A popular work-around is downloading Virtual PC from MS (for free) and running an XP machine through there. Good luck.

I see Virtual PC does not support Vista Home Premium. Can I install and run this program successfully without causing any conflicts? Is it compatible with Home Premium?

I don't know for sure, but Microsoft's site says this:

However, keep in mind that Home Premium is missing many networking features of Business, Enterprise, and Ultimate. For instance, you cannot connect to a domain with Home Premium.
