    Windows Recent files - how to make them stay updated

    I use recent files -mostly from windows explorer- but there is an annoying lag for the list to build when i access them.
    How to get them always updated?

    Cleaning unneeded background services and processes - turn off indexing even, this might help improving the refresh

    I use cCleaner :D
