Whenever I try to view my System information, I get the following message:

Cannot access the Windows System Instrumentation software. Windows Management files may be moved or missing.

1 - Could any of my cleaning / upkeep programs have caused this? I use the following on a regular basis:

    CCleaner
    EasyCleaner
    AusLogics Disk Defrag

    2 - How can I fix this?

    Thank you!

. easy cleaner might cause some issue if u r not watching the registry clean and repair
. i recommend going thru the vista services, and set many if not all back on and see if the problem can be fixed and then review them later
