If anyone can help that would be great. MS Outlook 2003 wont let me import all my contacts and emails from Windows Mail from Vista . MS Outlook only gives you the option to import from Outlook Express which is found pre-Vsita (XP, ME etc) When I click Express it says it is not found. There is no option to select Windows Mail.

Does anyone know how I can transfer all my important emails and contacts from Windows Mail to MS Outlook 2003. Contacts I can do I am pretty sure, but all those emails I am totally stuck!
    Thanks!

In Mail, go to File -> Export -> Messages -> Microsoft Exchange. In Outlook, import the messages.
