I'm trying to solve this problem for my father's laptop, and I don't have it in front of me. He's telling me that some of his folders moved on its own and become a subfolder of another folder. It happened twice in the past few months he said. This is for the Windows Live Mail application that replaced Outlook Express.

Anyone else has experienced similar problem? I tried looking on the web, but I can't find anything at all.

    Thanks.

Did he press "Archive" or something or select in the settings to archive after some time?

    Thanks for the reply, Silas.

Never used WLMail before, the Archive option will do that?
