Ok, so I checked my computer properties and noticed that it was unrated so I decided to rate it and got this error

Some research revealed that this problem occurs if the drivers are not compatible or something like that but the problem is that windows rated my computer successfully before and I still have the stock drivers. Anyone know what else might be wrong?

I wouldn't worry at all about it, but if it really annoys you....OK, did the successful rating occur on these same drivers? Nothing changed since then? If so, you had one rating, then went to refresh the score, and it gave you this error? :D

Hmmmm.....the multi-media message makes me think it might have something to do with your audio controller. Just a shot in the dark, but it probably wouldn't hurt to check and see if you can update your driver.

Check your event logs to see if anything got logged; that may indicate more clearly what's getting stuffed here.
