My laptop is medion erazer it has i7- 3610qm processor, gtx 670M, 750gb hdd, and 4gb 1333mhz ram. After installing windows 8.1 x64bit magic started happening. I believe there is something wrong with my operating system. First when i press turn off (right mouse button on windows icon in left screen corner) it's not turning off. Yeah it says that windows is shutting down, but when i start next time i see that laptop uptime is 72hours, i can only turn it off when i take out battery. Second problem is ram usage. When i start my operating system is already using 70% of ram. But when i take out battery and turn it on then its using about 30% but only for 30min. I googled alot about this problem, but i didnt found solution. I tried using 2gb in one slot and 4gb in other slot, then its using about 5.6Gb of ram. When i take out 2gb ram and left 4gb ram then its using about 3.6Gb of ram. Here is few print screen.

For the Weird Uptime, I guess it's because of the Hybrid sleep feature in Windows 8

Your install may have gone awry somewhere. Check for updates. Otherwise, you may have a fault some where in your configuration.Check that there are no software/program conflicts.
