    Windows 8: Make snipping tool capture automatically

    On Windows 7, Snipping Tool automatically goes into "capture mode" when you launch it, however on my Windows 8 laptop I have to click the New button first. Looked in the settings, no luck. How can I make my Windows 8 snipping tool go into capture mode on launch?
