I've tried to install Windows 7 x64 PRO full version(obtain an OEM version from a friend) onto my Sony Z590UBB RAID. I only want a clean installation...

Apparently at the initial stage, Win7 can find the Intel Matrix driver and show the hard drive(RAID 0 with 2x 64GB SSD) as ~118 GB. Then it'll start to install the files....

After the restart, the first reboot will give me an error of BOOT(xxxx) by bunches of numbers, and only will show up for a second or 2 then will restart again. 2nd reboot simply shows me "No Operation System Found" error...

Kind of strange...the original Vista Ultimate 32-bit is ok, and even the older XP SP3(with the addition of Intel Matrix driver included at initial installation stage) is fine(I'm using this one now).

Any solution? I'm suspecting that either the built-in Intel Matrix Driver on Windows 7 isn't working completely, or somehow the master boot record isn't doing its job for some reasons...?

I am running Intel Storage Matrix Console version 8.9.0.1023 with my Windows 7 Home Premium (x64) installation without any issues. This is a download available at Intel's website. I use it because the other portion of the download has a driver and application for my Intel Turbo Memory (of questionable value).

    Hi Jeremy:

Thanks...but my problem happens right after I finish the initial installation, and I then can't get into any windows.

I'll see if I can update the driver during the initial installation stage.

So far Sony's tech. support only asks me to get to their web site, which only shows the "update" version instead of clean-installation one.
