    Windows 7 m15x OSD issue

    Hi everyone! :eek:
    I'm new here... I have a area-51 m15x alienware and I've installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64bits, everything seems to be working great, but when I mannage to install the OSD utility for windows Vista 64bits that I have on CD that comes with the alienware, and then comes the problem:

    The instalation went fine, and at the end asked to a restart, but when the system restarted the Welcome screen of Windows 7 stops and does nothing... caps lock works for example, but any other tentative to through this issue works (Ctrl+alt+del, alt+tab, etc).

    I've tried to use the windows 7 tools like "search/solve problems that prevent windows to start" but the verifications found nothing, windows safe mode works but I didn't found OSD on "add/remove programs".

    It seems to be obvious that is a problem with the OSD driver running under 7 but I didnt found anyone with that problem

    so did anyone have this problem too?

    well, ive formated and installed windows again, and the OSD, and everything went fine. thanks
