You are going to need a third party program to get a second toolbar across the top.

In the meantime, just pin the the drives to the explorer icon.

    explorer icon?

But is there really no other way? then i will have to go back to Vista.

And i thought Win 7 was better than Vista in all areas... :(

Yeah, the explorer icon. Organize the drives into Libraries. Have a Library for each project you are working on. Or for genres.

But yeah, you aren't going to get a toolbar with all your drives. That's the old way of doing things. Microsoft decided to go this route because become want to be more flexible with the way their data is stored. Think a tree diagram compared to a stair diagram.

That shoudn't prevent people from organising their own way. I still have my stuff organised by folders.

A tree diagram can replicate the functionality of a stair diagram, but not vice versa. So, you can still use folders.
