    Alright, I used the windows 7 disc i got with my Alienware m11x computer on my girlfriends Toshiba and it worked in the beginning but now it says that she is using a non-genuine copy of windows, any help??

    Which serial key did you enter onto your girlfriend's laptop? The key on the disc? Or the key on the bottom of her laptop?

    If you used the key on the disc, I suspect it might be because it's from Dell and only meant to work on that specific laptop. I might be wrong but it seems so.

    from her downloading music on frostwire, could that have installed malware on the pc and made it do this?
