So my laptop has had AWFUL performance, kinda like the GPU has turned into a Geforce Go 440(Which still feels faster) after coming out of S3 sleep, a reboot corrects this every time. Any idea what is causing this? My GPU is EOL so it's been on the latest update for a long time. my old 8700m GT didn't do this, granted when I changed GPU's I changed CPU's and Motherboards and HDD's all at once, so theres no telling whats the issue

On the latest updates, also no sign in task manager except for VERY HIGH Kernel times

    CPU: Core 2 Quad Q6600
    GPU: 9800m GTX
HDD: Some awful 160GB 5400RPM Hitachi, gonna replace it with an SSD
