There are many errors appear in the Event Viewer > Windows Logs section, some of them should be fixed or needs troubleshooting to make the system more stable.
The target from this thread If you liked the idea that we collect all of them in one place, and suggest the right fixes and how to troubleshoot the problems to solve it, no matter what brand you own. You can dump the logs from your machine and an expert can look at it and give you some advice. And maybe we can invite someone from Microsoft to support as well.

This is some examples : My System is (Clevo P870DM3-G Prema BIOS)

Which PC are you using? You need a TPM driver to fix Infeneon TPM vulnerability.
Try running sfc /scannow in elevated powershell or cmd prompt.
Try uninstalling existing drivers and use the one certified for FCU w10 update.

I get that same processor speed warning on my machine. I just assumed it has something to do with Throttlestop

I have it and I don't use Throttlestop, but I did some settings in the BIOS to keep the CPU @4.70 with 1175mv

    Is it on RS3?
Maybe you can try moving the power plan slider to max performance and disable power throttling globally.
Even @QuillP has same issue on RS3.
