    What is the best way to make my Win 7 recovery disks for my new Qosmio X505-890? In your response, please keep in mind that I'm pretty new to this, so please be a little thorough with your responses. Thanks for the help!

    The recovery disks should come with your model. If not call Toshiba (within a month) to request a set. See if there is information as how to create the recovery disk within your system.

    As far as just Windows 7 OS installation alone, there will be no OS disk - if it is what you have in mind.
