So a few months back I received a 64 Bit version of Windows Ultimate for free. I installed on my desktop with no issues. I tried installing on my brand new laptop and it installed with no issues however it would not let me register. It gives me weird 0x4008 (not the exact error code) error. I really want this Ultimate on my Laptop. What should i do?

I believe promotional copies of Windows distributed by Microsoft are OEM: they are licensed to a single computer (mainboard).
